Hi there, I'm Jenna a.k.a. No Whey Lady!
Eating is something all we must do at least 3X a day – for those of us with allergies, intolerances, and sensitive bodies something that should be fun, yummy, and social can become stress inducing. This site is a place for me to chronicle my NO WHEY, (dairy-free, gluten-free, corn-free), SO AMAZING knowledge everywhere from in the kitchen - to in the home - to around the globe.
Feel free to follow along even if you're not living in a sensitive body! I share healthy recipes, wellness tips, and inspiration surrounding a predominately plants based diet, along with my gut story and general information about listening to your body to feel your best self!
