Spoiler alert, we’re not eating this today...but we did last time we breakfasted together. Pro low waste tip: soup is the yummiest and easiest way to move through produce ever! #nowheylady #nowheyladygoeslowwaste | in the bowl: broccoli squash soup (about 2c of steamed broccoli - stems included!!, one steamed zucchini, about 1/2c steamed chard, 1c @butchersbonebroth chicken bone broth, 1/4 of a small avocado all blended in my @vitamix and seasoned with salt and pepper) // topped with more steamed chard + organic bacon πŸ₯“ bits + sweet potato 🍠 croutons (recipe for these is up on NOWHEYLADY.COM - there is a bit of technique here so make sure to check it out before attempting 😜)

Switching things up as spring is a time for growth 🌸🌻🌼. NOWHEYLADY.COM has a slightly different look and more content categories - including wellness (because back in Jan that’s what you all wanted, better late then never right?)!! Today I opened up about my anxiety and am sharing some tips for coping that I learned at a workshop I went to last week (direct link in bio). Self care like everything I indulged in today - i.e.  facemasks (the one I’m currently wearing is a @cocokindskincare’s chlorophyll mask mixed with leftovers from my collagen @dermaplus sheet mask - no wasting a drop over here!), yoga, dog snuggles, and fancy mushroom drinks are all great but are not sustainable everyday practices.
